The first Oxfam Trailwalker in India was hosted by Bengaluru in 2012.  After the success of the first Trailwalker in Bengaluru, Oxfam India introduced the second Trailwalker in Mumbai in 2013.

In 2014, a 50kms walk was introduced in the Mumbai Trailwalker, along with the 100km walk.

After witnessing the success of the 50kms walk in Mumbai last year, we are delighted to announce that this edition of the Bengaluru Trailwalker will also have a 50kms version.

Since it began in 2012, a total of 3,344 walkers have covered 330,400kms in a total of six Trailwalkers – four in Bengaluru and two in Mumbai.

If you calculate, the total distance covered in all Trailwalkers held in India till now is eight times around the world.

Your every step makes a difference.

Whether you're taking part in Oxfam Trailwalker or donating to a team, you're making a significant difference to the lives of others.

The money raised through the Trailwalker helps build the lives of some of India's poorest communities.

Oxfam India works in partnership with over 130 grassroots NGOs to address root causes of poverty and injustice.
