Domestic Violence Helplines in India | COVID-19

The complete lockdown adopted to ensure physical distancing against the novel Coronavirus entails families staying at home. However, one in three women in India faces violence within the home (NFHS-4) . The National Commission for Women (NCW) and 3 women’s rights activists found several cases of women facing domestic violence and unable to receive help.

Here's a state-wise list of helplines in India to provide aid to victims of domestic violence in these difficult times.
