Oxfam India's Letter to Ministry of Labour and Employment on Wage Code Bill

The Ministry of Labour & Employment has called for feedback on Draft Rules of Code of Wages Bill. We held consultations in Assam (with CSOs), Uttar Pradesh (sugarcane workers and members of Rashtriya Kishan Majdoor Sangathan), and Bihar and Chhattisgarh (CSOs working on labour issues) in July.
