Strengthening Teaching-learning And Results for States (STARS) : Recommendations for improved implementation

For over a year, Oxfam India (OIN), in collaboration with the Right to Education Forum (RTE) and the All India Primary Teachers Federation (AIPTF), has led a detailed process of engagement on the provisions of the STARS project. This included several consultations across STARS states and engagement with thousands of academicians, researchers, teachers, and government officials. This report raises several key concerns around STARS project and provides detailed recommendations to ensure robust implementation.
