PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES NOT ADHERING RULES

1.        We Citizen have outsourced "Private Security Agencies" to deploy their Security Supervisors, Security Guards, Gunmen, Ladies Guard at Apartments, Education Institutes, Multinational Companies, Hospitals, Societies,  Schools, Banks, Malls etc, wherein we are living or doing job or doing shopping or visiting or children are studying.

2.     Some of the “Private Security Agencies” are providing Security Supervisors, Security Guards, Gunmen, Ladies Guard WITHOUT the mandatory documents like PSARA licence, GST, Training Certificate,  Medical Certificate, Police Verification etc under the provision of Rule 4, 7 and 12 of “The Private Security Agency (Regulation) Act, 2005”, “Private Security Agencies Central Model Rules, 2006” and "Private Security Agencies Central Model Rules, 2020".

3.    Some are NOT paying Provident Fund, Employee State insurance (ESI), Bonus etc. and also NOT paying Minimum Mandatory Wages as specified by the Government of Semi Skill and Skill.   Some are deprived of weekly off also.

4.    They have subversion  the system which may lead to Security Hazard to human being and also exploitation of some of the Security Supervisors, Security Guards, Gunmen, Ladies Guard etc by NOT given their legitimate mandatory wages inspite of  they are doing overtime duties.

6.        A special drive be carried out by the Ministry of Home Affairs to identify such “Private Security Agencies” who have subversion the system and to stop exploitation of the Security Supervisors, Security Guards, Gunmen, Ladies Guard etc and they get their legitimate wages.
