Tejas is a Media, Communication and Public Advocacy professional with extensive experience of over 21 years in leading media houses (Asian Age, ETV, NDTV, NewsX) as well as international human rights organization Amnesty International. Tejas has a Postgraduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He also holds an M.Phil in Political Science from the University of Queensland.
As a core member of the Oxfam Senior Leadership Team, Tejas's key result area is to collaborate with fundraising, programs, research and campaign teams to create compelling strategies to engage the public. The role also entails developing over-all strategies for mass audience and policy-driven campaigns for the range of audience Oxfam India engages with.
