We are proud to run the Sunfeast W10K 2010 in Bangalore for Oxfam India

Let’s show that Bangalore Cares! I am running for a cause…are you?  These days most of the conversations in Bangalore end on this note.

On 23rd May 2010, thousands of Bangaloreans will run in the Sunfeast World 10K Bangalore 2010, to support their charities’ cause. Cox and Kings, Bangalore team, will run for Oxfam India's cause "Fight Climate Change- Go Green". Kannada actress, Ms. Pooja Gandhi, has also pledged her support for Oxfam India- she will be there to cheer and run with the Cox and Kings team at Kanteerava outdoor stadium, Bangalore.

Mr. Peter Kerkar, Executive Director, Cox & Kings India Ltd., says, " We began our CSR activities with a view to help children and empower women. In 2009, we were introduced to Oxfam India when they approached us to help in the relief work in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh which was affected by the floods in South India. When we learnt of Oxfam India’s mission in India, we were pleased to take our relationship a step further. We are proud to run the Sunfeast W10K 2010 in Bangalore for Oxfam India."
