Jicmat Chusket, 8, from Chogaamsar village, lost all her books and writing material in the flash floods. Her house has been completely dilapidated and is filled with mud and slush. Studying in Class I, she has fallen silent because of the trauma. "I miss my school and my friends," an innocent looking Jicmat says, staring sullenly at the devastation spread before her….
